The answer may surprise many of you... It is NOT lack of money. It is NOT lack of enthusiasm. It is NOT lack of a magic touch or being at the right place at the right time. What is it??
Procrastination.
Yes, its the big bad "P" word.
I admit that I do not instantly spring into action on every great investment deal. But I am into action. By this I mean I have moved past my decision to invest in commercial investment real estate to finally doing it. I review the property, perform analysis, due diligence, and most importantly, make offers on properties I deem as "winners". I move forward, rather than waiting until the timing is perfect, the property is perfect, and someone with special powers gives me "permission" to |
